“ I was passing through on I-80 and stopped in Rock Springs, WY for a very late breakfast. They had great Avocado Toast, but a lot of places can make that. It was the “Usual” crepe with strawberries, bananas, and house sweet cream that blew me away (sorry, photo is from after I took a few bites). It was absolutely the best I’ve ever had. The service was pleasant and attentive but not intrusive. What a treat to send me happily on my way! ”
